Key Stage 3 - Citizenship

Each of the lesson plans below has been written by an experienced teacher and is designed to provide a useful resource for the teaching of Citizenship within the National Curriculum. This site will be constantly updated and new lesson plans will be added on regular basis so don't forget to visit regularly and check for new material.

The need for a Royal Navy: This lesson plan will allow pupils to understand the Governments role in controlling the Royal Navy and appreciate the UK's dependence on Maritime Trade. Class discussions will allow pupils to understand what the Royal Navy is used for.
